You will receive instructions to submit your photos after completing the order and making payment. You will complete a photo submission form that will allow you to upload the photos or provide photos to us via a link from services like Google Drive or Dropbox.

+ Can I request a specific style for the virtual staging?

In your photo submission form, you can select from several of staging styles or request your own style. You can provide links to photos / styles you like and we can stage the photo in a similar style.

+ Can I make changes to photos after order completion?

We can provide revisions at no charge if submitted within 24 hours of order delivery. Revisions do not include reworking an entire image if you change your mind on the style. Revisions are intended for minor changes.

+ Do you provide a money back guarantee?

We will work with you to make sure that you are happy with the delivered order - client satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not happy with the delivered product and wish to get a refund, you can let us know and we can provide a refund.
